[util] Hyperbaric shut down

On January 30th, there is a planned shutdown in the Hyperbaric Unit to tie in a new emergency power feeder .

Hyperbaric will be on diversion from 1/30 @ 1630 until 1/31 @ 0700 and has been coordinated with hyperbaric staff.

During the actual electrical connections, air flow will be diminished for approximately 1 hour and will effect AP1/ODS/Hyperbaric and the Bed Board areas from 1630-1730
