[util] UH Sprinkler Project Update - Impact to 1st Floor North

Due to sprinkler installation work, the entire 1st floor North corridor will be closed beginning Monday 11/10 for at least 8 weeks.

Note: Employees who use the timeclock in this area will need to use an alternative timeclock during this time.
