[util] UH - Stairwell #3 work

October 27 thru October 31, 2025, Stairwell #3, located in the main elevator lobby of University Hospital will experience entrance and exit closures.



Here is what you can expect:

Starting on the 3rd and 4th floors,  entrance & exit to the stairwell will be restricted.

Contractors will be coring holes in the chase located in the stairwell.

Plastic sheeting will be in place and signs posted.



The stairwell will be accessible on all floors except 3 and 4 while the work is in progress.

Entry and exit on the floors will be emergencies only.

Once the holes are drilled the process will move down to the 3rd and 2nd floors, 2nd and 1st and finishing up on 1st and basement levels.



In case of an EMERGENCY all accesses will be available.
