[util] Morgue access...new UPDATE

To accommodate the facilities sprinkler upgrade project, the only entry into the morgue is through the South end large freight elevator next to the morgue door. All other entrances are blocked.


There is a plastic zipper barrier as you exit the freight elevator, which must be unzipped to access the morgue and needs to be closed each time personnel pass thru.


Access to the morgue is expected to return to normal after November 17th.
