FIRE ALARM NOTICE FOR UNIVERSITY  HOSPITAL




TO:                             All Departments with Space in University Hospital

SUBJECT:                 Fire Alarm Interruption Notice for University Hospital

Today's Date: 4/8/26


Yesterday’s testing was delayed and has been rescheduled for Thursday April 9th, 2026, when we will be conducting Fire Alarm maintenance. During this time there will be areas in the North, West, and South wings of the Hospital, where the horns and strobes will activate and ring intermittently.

This is what you can expect

●        Thursday from 8:00 am to 3 pm- During this time, random areas in the Hospital will hear and see the fire alarm going off intermittently. If an actual fire were to occur, we will use the overhead page system to notify everyone.


Cancer Center, Ew/Et and Campus buildings will NOT be affected by this repair work.
