[util] Domestic Hot Water Repair is Complete!

Good afternoon,

The Vertical Expansion domestic hot water repair is complete, and the system is back online. As with any major water disturbance, we expect to see some discoloring of the water. Physical Plant has staff flushing, but if you see any areas with discolored water, please flush until clear.
