<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>The shutdown has been coordinated with the 5E OR Nurse Manager. The on-site 5E Charge Nurse will be notified at 4-4640 immediately prior to the shutdown and again once Medical Air and Nitrogen supplies have been restored.<o:p></o:p></i></b></p>
