 All,Matthew is on sabbatical but he actually replied to
 my message!  Unfortunately, he is not scheduling any
 speaking engagements in 2019.  He did, however, give me to
 great suggestions for people who speak on the same topic of
 website UX.  
 Here
 are the two names, both of whom he highly
 recommends:Courtney Greene-McDonaold, UC Boulder.
 Author of Putting the User FirstRebecca
 Blakiston, UN of Arizona, author of several UX books and
 editor-in-chief, Weave Journal of Library User
 Experience
 Are either
 one of interest?  If so, I'll reach out to both of them
