[unyoc-planning] UNYOC 2019 Proposal deadline is 2 weeks away - time to send a reminder?

Good afternoon!

I just checked on the spreadsheet of proposals for UNYOC 2019.  Apart from Beth's test message, there is on only one submission.

Given that the deadline for submissions is August 23rd, I think it might be time to send out a reminder.
Does that come from the Communications chairs or the Program committee chairs?
