Hello,

I attended both days of the UNYOC conference last month. The conference ran very smoothly and the platform you used to offer it virtually worked perfectly.

I attended NYLA last Thursday and Friday and was very disappointed in in the virtual platform. Things froze or I was disconnected from almost every session. I resorted to using my phone, and could hear the presentations but it was very hard to see the Power Point slides.

And NYLA was not free, $149 or $169. (I did get a discount as I am a Library Trustee)

Since I already sent in my evaluation I wanted to let you know about this and thank you for a great conference experience.
