[unyoc-planning] Some changes and considerations for UNYOC conference planning

Very quickly but:

-I think offering the Lorraine’s and Jennifer’s time slot to MLA is
brilliant, but they will be sorely missed

- would love to see a joint UNYOC/NAHSL conference in 2028

- collaborating with NYLA is a great idea!! Downtown Saratoga is gorgeous
in the fall!

And once Rebecca and I touch base next round of advertising is ready to go!
