[unyoc-planning] Conference Update!

Hi All,
1. I have been contacted by BMJ marketing department and they *do* want to
speak briefly as part of their silver sponsorship. Executive Decision: 5-7
minutes on Friday at 1:00 PM. As soon as I receive confirmation I will
adjust the schedule.
2. Both keynote speakers have practice sessions with Sarah, me and Liz on
Friday. Also, several speakers and vendors have signed up for practices.
3. Four presenters have confirmed...stil waiting for five presenters to
RSVP.
4. Rebecca (thank you!) will be our second chat monitor in case Sarah
misses something in the chat. Rebecca will also drop the link to the MLA
Code of Conduct into the chat box as part of our welcome each morning.
5. I wil get the scripts out to Rachel, Michael, and Kim later today for
your facilitation roles. thank you!
6. Beth and Abby - it will be your responsibility to invite the executive
committee to the pre and post conference meetings. Zoom links are separate
from conference links: They can be retrieved from the google drive, or from
me or Sarah.
7. Beth - there is a separate zoom link for the member business meeting
which can be sent out Monday afternoon on the listserv.

What am I forgetting??? 🤪
