Very quickly but:

-I think offering the Lorraine’s and Jennifer’s time slot to MLA is brilliant, but they will be sorely missed

- would love to see a joint UNYOC/NAHSL conference in 2028

- collaborating with NYLA is a great idea!! Downtown Saratoga is gorgeous in the fall!

And once Rebecca and I touch base next round of advertising is ready to go!

1. Both Lorraine and Jennifer will NOT be attending UNYOC 2025. Also, they are withdrawing their presentation, slated to be given on Thursday, 10/9 at 1:45 pm.
2. MLA president would love to join us, but is unable to do so on Wed, 10/8 at 11:15 AM. Proposing to offer her the Thursday time slot on 10/9 for 1:45 - 2:15 pm.
3. Logan and I are looking into a partnership with NYLA for 2026 at Saratoga Springs. Many details are yet to be worked out, but it will mean we do not have to plan the logistics, only some content. Much more to come on this option.
4. North Atlantic Chapter would like to pursue a joint conference for 2028. We'd really like to make this happen if we can. This leaves 2027 open for whatever we'd like to do. We need an incoming conference planning chair to follow Logan.
5. Vendor finalizations are needed. Mark - can you check in with Jennifer to find out what is still left to do?
