[unyoc-planning] Vendor update - only four

Hi All,
We have four vendors registered for UNYOC'25:
1. Gideon - gold
2. Wolters Kluwer - gold
3. EBSCO - gold
4. BMJ - silver
I am inserting them into our schedule and then reaching out to all four to
make sure the time slots allocated will work for them.
Do we want to reach out to any other vendors to invite them to participate?
