[unyoc-planning] Updates!

Hi All,
I know these emails are flying in, but I'm trying to keep us all on the
same page as we get closer to our annual meeting. Here are several updates:

   - Schedule on WA website for our annual meeting has been updated, with
   several adjustments made as vendors are starting to confirm.
   - We have three venders confirmed and are awaiting responses from three
   more.
   - MLA president Heather Holmes has adjusted her schedule so she can join
   us. She will have the last presenter time slot on Thursday afternoon. This
   works out perfect for her as she is on the West Coast.
   - Our planning meeting on Friday will focus on vendor interactions and
   any other finalities.
   - Our planning meeting on Tuesday will focus on a walk-through of the
   schedule and who will be doing introductions for speakers, vendors and
   presenters. Get ready to volunteer!

Questions:
1. When should we send out zoom links to registrants? We have 33
registered as of this morning.
2. Only 4 registrants for the CE class. Sarah is sending an invite out to
the Councils. It has been posted on MedLib-L as well. How to get the word
out?
