<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-CA">Good news from the Hotel - we are not being held to the April 30th deadline for two reasons: 1. We already paid a deposit and the hotel will honor that for now, and 2. Considering the current situation they are fine with
us simply staying in touch. We now have a June 30th deadline which gives us time.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
