[util] Emergency Power Shutdown for WHA 2nd floor

Good morning,

In ongoing support of the WHA power upgrade project, Tuesday July 14th the electrical contractor will need to shut down the Emergency power to panel E2R on the second floor of WHA to add a temp feeder to panel 2-EL-EQ-1 in the IMT closet on 2.  There will be no loss of service to any IMT equipment. It is expected to begin around 9:30 and last approximately 2 hours.

There will be no emergency power to panel E2R while the contractor ties the temp cable into it, and the equipment that will be affected is as follows:  2277, 2287, Cold Room (2291), 2303, 2315.  Any RED outlets that are labeled (E2##) will have to be plugged into White outlets. This outage has been coordinated with customers to minimize the impact.
