Good Morning,
To support required electrical upgrades, the electrical contractor will be performing a planned Normal Power Shutdown and Kitchen Panel Replacement on the 9th Floor of WHA.
Please review the details below:

Time:
Start Time: Approximately 6:30 AM
Estimated Duration: Approximately 8 hours
Location:
WHA – 9th Floor Kitchen Area
Scope of Work:
The electrical contractor will be replacing the existing kitchen electrical panel with a new panel as part of scheduled electrical improvements.
Impact:

  *
Normal power will be temporarily unavailable to the 9th Floor Kitchen area during the work.
  *
Equipment requiring Brown outlets (normal power) will not be operational during the shutdown.
  *
Equipment should be moved to Red outlets (emergency power) when available.
  *
The Electric Shop will provide extension cords as needed to support critical equipment, including freezers and refrigerators.
  *
The 9th Floor Kitchen will not be operational on Friday, July 24th.

Additional Information:
Departments are encouraged to plan accordingly and identify any equipment that will require temporary power support prior to the scheduled shutdown.
