[util] Emergency Power shutdown for WHA 3rd floor

In continuing support of the Weiskotten Hall electrical power upgrade...


On Wednesday June 24th the electrical contractor will need to shut down the Emergency power in the Basement of WHA to move circuits from the existing panel in the equipment chase to a new emergency panel.  It is expected to begin around 6:30 and last approximately 8 hours.

There will be no emergency power to equipment that requires Red outlets that are labeled ( E3##).  They will have to be plugged into White outlets.

The following rooms will be affected: Cold Room (3286), 3291, 3297, 3310, 3314, 3321,

I am coordinating this shutdown with occupants to minimize any issues.
