[util] Emergency power shutdown for WHA 7th floor

In continuing support of the WHA power upgrade project, on Thursday July 2nd the electrical contractor will need to shut down the Emergency power in the Basement of WHA to move circuits from the existing panel in the equipment chase to a new emergency panel.  It is expected to begin around 6:30 and last approximately 8 hours.



There will be no emergency power to equipment that requires Red outlets that are labeled   ( E7##).  They will have to be plugged into White outlets.



The following rooms will be affected: 7303, Cold room ( 7316) This shutdown is being coordinated with occupants to minimize the disruption.
