Additional details :

April 2nd, the following is a list of electric panels that need to be de=energized to perform cleaning. Start time will be 6AM.

These panels all need to be cleaned because of potential hazardous material, all are normal power on the floors and most are lab areas that will be affected.

No emergency power will be affected.


The lab panels will be cleaned first and then reenergized and need to be shut down again while the chase panels are being cleaned, all will be reenergized in about 10 minutes.

The chase panels will also take about 10 minutes to conduct cleaning. The lab panels must have containment built in the hall and will require the containment stay in place until clean air is received.

April 2nd P5N, P5S, P7S, S7E, S7F, S8D

P5N Needs to be cleaned.  It feeds panels S5 A&B.  on the north side of the elevators ( hospital side) in the lab space (5325).  Normal power will be shut down.

P5S Needs to be cleaned.  It feeds panels S5 E&F.  on the south side of the elevators (VA side) in the lab space (5295).  Normal power will be shut down.

P5S also feeds panel S5G which powers up the normal power in the Equipment room (5296).  Normal power will be shut down.  If you have anything that needs to run, you will have to plug the equipment into a Red outlet.

P7S Needs to be cleaned along with S7 E&F which are panels in room 7295A.

S8D This is a panel that needs cleaning in room 8299.  Normal power will be shutdown for the time it takes to clean the panel.



April 3rd P4M, P4N, S4A, S4B, S4C, S4D, S4E, S4F

P4M Needs to be cleaned.  It feeds panels S4D, S4E, S4F.  The rooms affected are 4290, 4291,4293, 4295, 4297,4299, 4301, 4303, 4305.  Normal power will be shut down.

P4N Needs to be cleaned.  It feeds panels S4A, S4B, S4C.  The rooms affected are 4307, 4309, 4311, 4313, 4315, 4317, 4319, 4321, 4323.  Normal power will be shut down.

Emergency Power will not be affected.



We are talking with the occupants in the lab spaces to ensure this causes as little disruption as possible.
