[util] WH Addition electrical upgrade

On Thursday, December 4, 2025, the contractor for the Weiskotten Hall Addition electrical upgrade needs to have a power shutdown on ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) #4 so that they can terminate conduits into that cabinet.

Shutting down ATS #4 means that any red outlet in WHA rooms listed below with an “E” (emergency power) on the receptacle plate (EB, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6,E7, E8 & E9) will lose power.  The shutdown will be completed in about 4 hours, and we are planning on starting around 0730 hours.

If you have any equipment plugged into these receptacles, you will have to relocate to another receptacle during the outage. Your staff should also monitor the equipment during that time due to uncertainty of other impacted outlets. The normal power (white outlets) will be available. We will wait 15 minutes to start the work once the power is disconnected so that the staff can check all of their equipment.
