[util] WHA Electric Panel Shut down April 7 & 8

Starting on April 7th the following is a list of cleanings the contractor needs to accomplish. Start time will be 6AM.
These panels need to be cleaned because of potential hazardous material, all are normal power on the floors and most of the S7A, S3B etc. are lab areas that will be affected.
No emergency power will be affected.
The lab panels are fed from the chase panels. The lab panels will be cleaned first and then reenergized and shut down again while the chase panels are being cleaned, all will be reenergized in about 10 minutes.
The chase panels will take about 10 minutes, but the lab panels must have containment built in the hall and will require the containment stay in place until clean air is received.
April 7th P3S, S3D, S3E, S3G, S3H, S3I
P3M Does not need to be cleaned. It feeds panels S3D, S3E, S3F. These panels are located on the north side of the elevators in the lab spaces 3301, 3303, 3305, 3295, 3297, 9299, 3289, 3291, 329 . Normal power will be shut down.
P3S Needs to be cleaned. It feeds panels S3G, S3H, S3I. These panels are located on the south side of the elevators (VA side) in the lab space 3277, 3275, 3273. Normal power will be shut down.
We are talking with the occupants in the lab spaces to minimize any impact.
April 8th P2M, P2N, S2A, S2B, S2C, S2D, S2E, S2F
P4M Needs to be cleaned. It feeds panels S2D, S2E, S2F. The rooms affected are 2301, 2303, 2305, 2295, 2297, 2299, 2293, 2291, 2289. Normal power will be shut down.
P4N Needs to be cleaned. It feeds panels S4A, S4B, S4C. The rooms affected are 2319, 2321, 2323. 2313, 2315, 2317, 2307, 2309, 2311. Normal power will be shut down.
Emergency Power will not be affected.
