[util] Planned Electrical Shutdown – WHA Power Upgrade (April 16–17, 2026)

Hey Team,

To support the ongoing power upgrade project in WHA, the electrical contractor will be performing planned shutdowns of normal power in the areas listed below.
Please review the schedule and affected locations:

  *   Thursday, April 16, 2026
     *   Rooms 3277, 3275, 3273
     *   Located on the south end of the hallway toward the VA
  *   Friday, April 17, 2026
     *   Rooms 4283, 4285, 4287, 4277, 4279, 4281, 4271, 4273, 4275
     *   Located on the south end of the hallway toward the VA
  *   Time for both outages: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  *   Impact:
Normal power will be temporarily shut down in the affected areas listed above.
Emergency power will not be affected.
  *   Scope of Work:
The contractor will disconnect existing circuitry within the chase panels and relocate/refeed circuits to previously installed temporary power panels, as well as complete associated work on existing room panels.

This work has been coordinated with affected occupants to minimize disruption.
