Any Red Outlet with an E-XX label.  Should be moved to a normal white or brown outlet on Sub-basement, 7,8,& 9th Floors
Impact (What will be interrupted
and what will remain operational):
The Red E-XX labeled outlets will be without power
The normal power outlets will have power
