[util] High pressure steam shutdown

To complete the high-pressure steam tie-in for the new Weiskotten Hall DLAR Fan Tower project, all steam will be secured to the following buildings from 0400 to 0800 on Tuesday, March 10. This shutdown will impact the NAB, Weiskotten Hall, Weiskotten Hall Addition, Setnor, the Library, and Silverman Hall .



Steam is expected to be restored by 0700, and the system slowly brought up to normal pressure by 0800.



Adjustments will be made to minimize building temperature issues and there will be no steam for domestic hot water, autoclaves, cage washers etc.
