[util] Post-Shutdown Update: Temporary Water Discoloration

Hey Team,
The Planned Domestic Water Shutdown from January 19th  was completed successfully and all systems are operating as expected.
Please be advised that some buildings may experience temporarily discolored water over the next 48 hours. This is a normal occurrence following this type of work. The water will clear on its own, and there is no cause for concern.
If you have any questions or notice issues beyond this timeframe, please let us know.
