REMINDER - TOMORROW MORNING - 8AM

The next Women in Medicine and Science (WIMS) monthly meeting is scheduled for tomorrow morning, Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 8:00am via Zoom (link below).  Please make every effort to attend this month's meeting. We are sure it will be informative for all members.

Agenda items currently include:

8:00-8:30am
-Survey to evaluate priorities for WIMS
-Update outreach strategies meeting with Leah Caldwell
-Update on CBU dinner meetings
-Update women in medicine/law event Fall 2023
-WIMS Bookclub
-Update new faculty welcome strategies
-Other items

8:30-9:00am
-Carolyn Hendrickson from the Upstate Foundation Office will join the meeting to discuss her work at the foundation with a group of professional advisors (estate planning attorney’s, wealth advisors, accountants) who support the work of the foundation as well friends of the foundation with their planning.  Carolyn will also present about the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Campaign the foundation is conducting to support providers here at Upstate Medical University, as well as Elmcrest Children’s Center
