Our team at CIH reaches to so many of you on a regular basis to support some of the most challenging new arrival refugees who are lucky to land amidst the supports afforded to them in this state (NYS Medicaid + Upstate care and specialist network).

Thanks to you and your teams for going the extra mile to adapt workflows, coordinate care, and flex your schedules to support the needs of our non-English speaking, low-health literacy new refugee arrivals!
