[board-unyoc] Rough budget for annual meeting in October

Hello Everyone,
Jennifer has put together a rough budget for our upcoming annual meeting in
Watkins Glen.  We are excited to share that we've secured a keynote
speaker!  She is coming to us from the University of Arizona at a cost of
$2,000 (honorarium plus expenses).  In consultation with Liz Irish, we've
slightly reduced the vendor sponsorship fees ($1,500 for gold / $1,000 for
silver / $500 bronze).  Taking these two things into account, the projected
loss for the conference is $4,000.

Please reply "yes" if you are ok with a projected loss (projected, not
actual, but based on best estimates at this point).

We need your approval as a Board so that Jennifer and Denise are
comfortable they have our support to move forward with the conference
planning process.
