[board-unyoc] CE registration without conference registration

I'm in favor of it. Of course we'd want everyone to attend the conference as well, but if they're not able to, it'd be great to have them at CE.

Hello UNYOC Board,

Some members have expressed interest in attending the CE but will not be attending the conference. The question has been posed: is conference registration required in order to attend the CE?

Does anyone have a memory of any decision-making or standards around this? I, personally, do not have a problem with people attending the CE only.
