[board-unyoc] CE registration without conference registration

I’m in favour, if we’re having a vote. Sometimes we might have sessions that are of interest to other types of librarians (not health care) and so our main conference wouldn’t be appealing. Having them attend the CE is still valuable!

Hello UNYOC Board,
Some members have expressed interest in attending the CE but will not be attending the conference. The question has been posed: is conference registration required in order to attend the CE?
Does anyone have a memory of any decision-making or standards around this? I, personally, do not have a problem with people attending the CE only.
