Hi everyone,

I’m fairly certain I can edit this vendor’s registration form (he cannot do so himself).
Before I reply to him to collect information about the extra attendee, can someone please confirm that for invoicing purposes this would count as having an “extra guest” and would cost the vendor an additional $200?

I will try it again tomorrow, I did cancel and close it all out and tried again, when I tried to upload said it was already uploaded and when I click next to proceed at the bottom says logo must be added to proceed.

I will also try from a different browser and device, was using chrome and my Mac

Hi Mike,

I handle the registration form for UNYOC. Are you still experiencing an error where the website tells you that you’ve already uploaded your company logo and doesn’t allow you to proceed with registration?

I’ve tried to register for the event as a vendor a few times using logos uploaded by Elsevier in the past as well as putting my company name in as Elsevier (I thought perhaps the backend of the system was interpreting your registration as a duplicate of something already-existing), but I was unable to replicate the issue you’re having.

Some ideas:

  1.  What browser are you using? I wonder if it has something to do with an error in certain browsers; I tested things in Microsoft Edge.
  2.  Have you tried canceling the registration form, exiting out of the browser (perhaps clearing the cache as well) and starting the form anew?
  3.  Would you be able to send me screenshots of the form immediately before the error and then a screenshot of the error itself? Alternately we could schedule a Zoom meeting and you could share your screen with me so I can see the error.
