There are certainly tools for member engagement that we are not taking advantage of but I don't know that there is a cost savings associated with it.
We went to Wild Apricot because it handles online payments, particularly Canadian dollars, much better than PayPal.  I think we can all agree that returning to member and event payment with paper check is not ideal.

I don't know that we need to request approval because the subscription fees went up since this is a common practice among vendors. But we will certainly need to update the budget.
Also - it is looking like annual subscription costs across the board are increasing as much as 12% this year so if anything, I would suspect that a conversation about exec would be about how to optimize WA so we can get our money's worth.

Open to hearing others thoughts/suggestions too.

Is this something I need to request an approval vote for, or is notifying the Executive Committee sufficient?
