[CHPFacultyStaff] CHP College/Dept Novell Server Migration to Sharepoint

Good morning,

Thank you CHP Dept Chairs, Program Assistants, and IMT colleagues - we met the goal to have the migration completed before the fall semester!

As a reminder please maintain a consistent CHP Folder structure for ease of use in locating and archving documents.

Some examples of documents that would be saved in these folders are:
Clinical - (preceptor manuals, advising committee meetings, etc.)
Curriculum - (course outlines, syllabi, class schedules, etc.)
Department - (equipment and supplies, program assistant tasks, etc).

Please also maintain documents in accordance with SUNY records/retention schedule and your accreditation bodies.
