Hello Everyone,

As we continue to expand the use of MyUpstate, I wanted to remind everyone that we have a growing library of help videos and guides available through the Knowledge Base. These resources provide step-by-step instructions on many of the most common processes and can be a great first stop when you have a question or need a refresher.
