PHYSICAL PLANT NOTIFICATION
Notification Type: Planned Outage

Utility / Service Affected: Electrical
Other:  Normal Electrical Outage

Subject:
To support: Planned Normal Power shutdown- WHA 2nd & 3rd floors center closet a planned:  Remove existing temp circuitry and install new permanent feeder will be performed.

Please review the details below:

Date: 08/05/2026
Time(s): 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM (8hours)
Location: WHA-2nd &3rd floors
Affected Areas / Equipment (Room, Equipment I.D, ETC.):
All areas on the 2nd &3rd floors of WHA are included as a precaution.
Equipment plugged into brown or white electrical outlets will lose power during the outage

Impact (What will be interrupted, what will remain operational):
Normal electrical power will be interrupted on the 2nd & 3rd floors while the electrical contractor
changes the temp feeders to the new permanent feeders.
Emergency power will not be affected.
Equipment requiring power during the outage must be plugged into red emergency power.
The outage will last about 8 hours.

Note:
This work has been coordinated to minimize disruption. Personnel should ensure any critical
equipment is connected to (red) emergency outlets prior to the outage.

•     This work has been coordinated with affected occupants to minimize disruption.
•     Personnel are requested to monitor sensitive equipment during the outage.
