Attention:



On Wednesday, March 4th at 5:00 AM, Network Services will complete the replacement of our firewall appliance, resulting in an internet outage that could last up to 1 hour. During this time, computers and devices inside of Upstate will operate normally with the exception that any cloud-based applications, applications that utilize Microsoft Security for Single sign-on, and also external websites. Please be advised that no one from outside will be able to connect via VPN during the downtime. We are asking users of affected systems to plan on using their downtime plans.

Epic, VRAD, phones and Vocera will not be impacted.

Microsoft Teams, Email, Onedrive file access
Citrix Gateway
AnyConnect VPN
Pulsara - Can be used on Cell Service but not WiFi
E-Prescribing(Surescrpts)
CareEerywhere
Extended Care(Telemed)
Powerscribe
Glucommander
Edischarge
Wellsky Rehab
AiDoc
Dragon
Rover, Haiku, Canto
Muse


IMT staff have been reaching out to departments of some of the impacted systems and will continue to do that.
