[epicallusers] Auto-reconciliation of Covid Immunizations

[Epic - All users of System]

Effective Immediately:  Covid-19 immunizations received from Outside Sources, Care Everywhere and NYSIIS be auto-reconciled to a patient's chart.  Existing immunizations can be auto-reconciled with a new Immunization Registry query or manually reconciled.
