An Important Update to Epic MyChart Results Release Timing

Recent changes to the Federal regulation now require that patients receive their test results in MyChart as soon as the results are available.  Starting August 30, 2021, patients will receive their results in MyChart immediately after the test is resulted as opposed to a 48-hour auto-release.  Patients will receive a MyChart notification that explains they are getting results at the same time as their provider.
