[epicallusers] Quanum/ChartMaxx Button Update

Hello,

The issue with the Quanum (ChartMaxx) button that arose following the 11/2 Quanum (ChartMaxx) upgrade has been resolved.

Active Quanum (ChartMaxx) users may now launch the application from Epic by clicking on the "Quanum (ChartMaxx)" button.  Thank you for your patience.
