[epicallusers] Effective 11/13/2024: Transparent Lockdown for Epic Upgrade

Workflow Limitations During the Transparent Epic Upgrade Lockdown:
Upstate will be having the transparent lockdown period to start at 7:00 AM Wednesday November 13th, 2024 through Saturday November 16th, 2024.  During this time, you will NOT be able to make changes that customize certain aspects of your workflows. Epic Upgrade Downtime on Saturday November 16th, 2024:
The Epic Production System will be taken offline on Saturday November 16th, 2024, from 3:00 AM until 6:00 AM as it is upgraded to the latest Epic version.  The Hyperspace Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available during this time.  Managers are reminded to print downtime forms if they have not already done so.
