[epicallusers] Quanum (ChartMaxx) Upgrade Update

The Quanum software has been upgraded by Quest resources.  Links to CMaxx documents in Epic Chart Review are now working.

We are experiencing extreme slowness with interfaces at this time.  Flow of new patients, patient updates, documents and scans from Quanum to Epic and vice versa since the downtime began at 3 PM today are delayed.  The vendor is troubleshooting with IMT.
