[epicallusers] Reminder - Quanum (ChartMaxx) Upgrade - TODAY, 6/3 3PM-9PM

Reminder - TODAY - Tuesday, 6/3, Quest resources will be upgrading our Quanum (ChartMaxx) application to version 10.  We will begin the downtime at 3:00 PM and expect to have the system upgraded and delivered back to you by 9:00 PM.



During this upgrade links to Quanum (CMAXX) documents in Epic Chart Review will not open.


If you currently access the Citrix Quanum ECS 2018 client, you can continue to do so using a new Citrix Quanum 10 client.


If you currently access Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions via an application installed on your computer, please leave that computer powered on 6/3-6/4 if possible, and IMT will attempt to push the upgraded client to your PC.  The new client will also be available via Software Center after the upgrade.
