Workflow Limitations During the Transparent Epic Maintenance Lockdown:
Upstate will be having the transparent lockdown period from 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, through Saturday morning, October 18th, 2025.  During this time, you will NOT be able to make changes that customize certain aspects of your workflows. Epic Upgrade Downtime on Saturday, October 18th, 2025:
The Epic Production System will be taken offline on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, from 3:00 AM until 6:00 AM as it is upgraded to the latest Epic version.  The Hyperspace Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available during this time.  Nurse Managers are reminded to print their downtime forms if they have not already done so.
