[epicallusers] Transparent Lockdown for Epic Maintenance - 5PM Friday, February 6th Through Completion on Sunday Morning February 8th

Good afternoon,



Workflow Limitations During the Transparent Epic Maintenance Lockdown:

Upstate will be having the transparent lockdown period on at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 6th, 2026, through Sunday morning, February 8th, 2026.  During this time, you will NOT be able to make changes that customize certain aspects of your workflows. Epic Maintenance Downtime on Sunday, February 8th:

The Epic Production System will be taken offline on Sunday, February 8th, from 4:00 AM until 6:00 AM for maintenance.  The Downtime Read-Only System WILL be available during this time.  Managers are reminded to print their downtime forms if they have not already done so.
