The Laboratory will take a Brief Downtime on Tuesday September 14th, 2021 from 11:30am - 1:00pm in order to perform an upgrade to the Sunquest LIS Servers.
All Stats results will be faxed and All Critical Results will be called.
Affected Workflows:
Collection Manager will Not be available during this downtime. Please follow standard/downtime procedures.
POC - Point of Care Testing will be available during this downtime however results will not transmit and be available in Epic until the downtime is complete. Testing may require a Downtime Override for patient identification. Please re-dock all POC instruments to ensure all results are filed to Epic after the upgrade is complete.
