Collection Manager (CLM) Issue

The Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) team has received reports from users at both campuses - Downtown and Community - regarding label printing for specimen collection using Collection Manager, part of Sunquest. When attempting to print labels, users are receiving notice that the patients are not in the lab system and are presented with the option to print temporary labels. Temporary labels will only include collection date and time, not patient demographic information.

If you experience this issue with Collection Manager, please follow Epic downtime procedures for lab collection.

IMT is aware of this issue and working on a resolution. We will update you once the issue has been resolved.
