[epicdown] Epic e-Prescribing connectivity Issue Resolved

Surescripts e-Prescribing and Medication History connectivity issues have been resolved. Surescripts worked to implement a fix to restore impacted services. Surescripts continues to work to determine the root cause and fully resolve the issue. Messages have been retriggered from Epic and sent to the pharmacy. Patients may have experienced a delay when filling prescriptions that were sent electronically. Please advise patients to call the pharmacy prior to picking them up to confirm they have received the order.
