Cisco WebEx continues to have problems with their service, and this is causing ExtendedCare telemedicine visits to fail. Please follow your standard downtime procedures (audio only telemedicine visits are acceptable during this time). Both vendors, Cisco and ExtendedCare are aware of the problem. We continue to monitor the situation and will send an update when the issue has been resolved.
